- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No such thing as customer service here! Today there was an teenager called Jayden who mumbled, clearly didn't wash his shirt or his hair who served us. He looked dishevelled and very unprofessional. No greeting, threw things in a bag with no idea how to pack. I asked if if they had shown him how to pack properly after having to re-pack EVERY bag so eggs and bread weren't damaged and cold things were all together..... He didn't even answer. Very rude and insolent. Then mumbled something when it came time to pay. I asked him twice but still have no idea what he mumbled. Management need to teach these kids how to talk to customers, enunciate their words and a bit of friendly customer service to finish the sale on a positive note - because we won't be back.By Mel D, December 20, 2016
